(Reader's p.o.v.)

"So we need to get into the closet," I looked up at Jack who seemed to be lost in thought.

I pushed him into the closet and closed the door behind me. Next was to do whatever we desired in seven minutes. I started the timer.
"Jack, the timer started," this got his attention.

Though I couldn't see him, I felt his gaze on me. I could feel his hand on my cheek.
Oh hey. Your blushing.
SHUT UP NARRATOR.
Fine, fine.
Jack's forehead touched mine. He paused for a moment and then continued to small gestures such as hugging me and stroking my hair.

(Jack's p.o.v.)

Not yet. I want to enjoy this time for as long as possible-these innocent moments of child's play. I looked at (Y/N) through the darkness. It seemed as though her eyes weren't adjusted to her settings yet. Her cheeks and eyes let off a beautiful glow. She truthfully was amazing. If I wanted to do what my heart most desired, then I wouldn't feel this way about her still. What my heart most desires...is it really what I think it is? Or maybe, maybe I might have a new desire. A new wish, as human as it may possibly sound, I think my most desirable wish would be to simply stay here with her for as long as possible. Even if it's just for a small seven minutes in the dark, having a cup of hot chocolate when she visits me, or visiting her in her dreams and thoughts, I'll be happy. I am happy right? I may be different from society, but (Y/N) makes me feel almost sane. As if everything I've done up until now has been a distraction from feeling this way. Is it a crime to feel this way? Is it a crime to feel these emotions?

I looked at (Y/N) with expectations, though she wouldn't get it. She can't read my thoughts. If I want answers from her, then I'll have to ask her the questions. I rested on one knee to be at her eye level and stared into her orbs. She looked up at me, eyes big and bright. My heart skipped a beat. Truly, what is wrong with me?
"(Y/N)," I hesitated in fear of rejection, "I-"
*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

The both of us jumped as the alarm went off. It hadn't even been a full seven minutes. (Y/N) tried to turn it off, but it just wouldn't comply. Then, I saw a shadow slip from under the door. My eyes widened.
"(Y/N) oped the door," I grabbed the phone from her as she opened the door and crushed it with my fingers.

There was a note on the counter. (Y/N) saw it and picked it up. I watched her read it as I stayed standing in the door frame. My nerves were on edge from the fear of losing her. I didn't know what was happening, but I wasn't going to let her leave me again. Not again.
"Kai's gone. You're next," she read the note aloud to allow me to hear it. Though it was like a echo since I could hear her thoughts as well. Those words though...it was like a guitar hitting me in the face as the notes continuously repeated in my mind. No. No. No...not again. I began to walk out of the closet, but the door closed suddenly-knocking me back into the small storage area. The last thing I saw was (Y/N) turn around, her face filled with surprised and horror. Next was her trying to open the door, knocking, banging, doorknob twisting, the whole process. Then everything went black and all the rest of my senses went numb.

(Reader p.o.v.)

I desperately tried to open the door, but it wouldn't budge. When I finally was able to get it open, the room was empty. Nothing...but the dust and remains of my phone.
