It was as if someone was talking to me inside my mind. It wasn't the narrator this time, though. As frightening as it sounds, it was as if Kai was speaking to me with somebody else's voice.

Where is Kai? I need him. We need to find Jack.

I'm afraid he's been busy with other activities.

Rage and frustrations and worry and sadness-all my emotions poured out as I yelled at the unlucky man. He was just trying to help, but I couldn't stop myself. I never got to tell Jack...how I felt about him. The man seemed to be quiet during my outburst. Patient, I may even say. I feel so bad. I'll have to apologize. Wait...are these...tears? When did I fall to the ground? I'm a mess. How could I possibly save Jack. I didn't even care if he was a murderer anymore. I love him so much. I just want him back.

As the tears seeped through the cracks between my face and my hand that had been covering my eyes, I calm down until all that could be heard was small, weak whimpers and occasional hiccups.

Do not apologize. Kai asked me for this favor, I'm only offering you a ride to the destination he told me to bring you to. I must be leaving now, I have one more task to complete for him.

It was no use. He was already gone. You were alone in the store, but because of this quietness, you could hear a faint breathing sound. Like the one a dog would make. The short, heavy, but soft breaths came from the outside. Right behind the store's do...

(Narrator's p.o.v.)

(Y/N) looked outside the windows of the store. A tall, dog-like animal with tall, thin legs sat at the outside of the store's door, staring at her through the same glass. They stared at each other for a while until...
"What am I doing just sitting around?!"

The girl leaped up from her spot and opened the door. As soon as it was open, the shadow like creature slid under (Y/N) causing her to be on it's back, but facing the opposite direction of where she was supposed to be facing. Before she could fix herself, the animal leaped out of the store and quickly hurried to where it was supposed to be heading, wherever that was. As they got farther away, (Y/N) watched the store, in which she's gotten so used to, get smaller and smaller until it disappeared from her sight.
